Our compassionate aides will help you with the activities of daily living, while our licensed medical professionals will provide you with proper treatment and rehabilitation. All our services and therapy are tailored to meet your individual needs. If you are referred to Home Health by Gulf Coast Village, we may install the Honeywell HomMed Health Monitoring System in your home, which allows us to record detailed vital signs on a daily basis. We can then monitor your condition and act as necessary.
Home Health Care by Gulf Coast Village is a licensed, Medicare-certified agency located in Cape Coral - Ft. Myers, Florida. Services are 100% reimbursable when the following qualifications are met: home-bound criteria; or services ordered by a physician requiring intermittent skilled nursing/physical or speech therapy.
Home Health by Gulf Coast Village also accepts private pay, and most forms of insurance.
We specialize in helping patients in several areas including, but not limited to:orthopedics, incontinence management, podiatry, general surgery, gastroenterology,advanced wound care, neurology and urology. Along with our private aide and social services, we also provide occupational therapy , physical therapy and speech therapy.
Physical Therapy may provide:
